Soul Sacrifice - The Music of Santana - Boxing Day Show

After a full house and packed dance-floor, popular demand has brought Melbourne's one and only Santana Tribute band back to the Saucer to perform a special BOXING DAY show. With a 7 piece line-up, Soul Sacrifice pays genuine tribute to the great music of Santana. For the band, it's all about the music and putting on a great show focusing on classic Santana (late 60's/70's with a splash of later stuff) covering Latin Rock, Latin Soul, Jazz and Rock genres. You will no doubt enjoy listening to the infectious grooves and rhythms of such classics as Black Magic Woman, Evil Ways, Oye Como Va & Smooth to name a few. UNMISSABLE!

One of Australia’s finest singer songwriters, Neil Murray will perform at the Flying Saucer Club, Elsternwick on Friday February 6th with a four piece band. Neil Murray was a founding member of the Warumpi Band and has since become a respected singer songwriter of national significance. He has released a string of remarkable albums, is an APRA song of the year award recipient for penning the iconic “My Island Home” and is the writer of such classics as “BlackfellaWhitefella”, “Good Light in Broome”, "Native Born", “Lights of Hay”,“Long Grass Band” and many others. Neil will showcase selections from his recent, acclaimed album “Bring Thunder and Rain” as well as favourites from his extensive back catalogue. With special guest: YIRRMAL
