The Flying Saucer Club are very excited to have The Badloves perform this coming June. The Badloves hit debut album “Get On Board” spent a massive 69 weeks in the charts, peaked at number 5 and went double platinum; delivering 5 hit singles in, ‘Lost’, ‘Memphis’, ‘I Remember’, ‘The Weight’ (w Jimmy Barnes), ‘Memphis’ and ‘Green Limousine’. After extensive tours in Australia and Europe, The Badloves released their second album in 1995, ‘Holy Roadside’ to critical acclaim, further ARIA nominations, and another string of hit singles in “Slave”, ‘Barefoot Bride’, ‘Living Thing’ and ‘Caroline’, establishing them as one of this country’s premier acts. Supporting The Badloves on the night will be Melbourne singer and songwriter, Bill Tolson.

On Friday 10th June, In celebration of the Rolling Stones’ 50+ year career, a star-studded local band featuring Nick Barker, Ashley Davies, Shane O’Mara, Justin Garner and Grant Cummerford are set to perform a selection of material from The Stone's golden age. Across two big sets the band will feature tracks, well known and some more obscure, from the classic Stones albums including Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed, Sticky Fingers, Exile On Main Street, Goats Head Soup, It's Only Rock n Roll, Black & Blue and Some Girls.

Cheap Trick At Budokan - Encore Performance Presented by The Riff Raiders

On 9 April 2016 Cheap Trick were inducted in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. To celebrate this achievement the Flying Saucer Club is paying homage to this ground breaking rock n roll band with a special live performance of the album that started it all for them – AT BUDOKAN. Following their recent sell-out show at the Cherry Bar in April, Melbourne rock powerhouse The Riff Raiders have agreed to a special encore performance of the AT BUDOKAN album. The Raiders smash out this set with the fun, passion, skill and respect those songs deserve plus some extra Cheap Trick songs from that era (California Man, Southern Girls).

This show brings together some of the country’s greatest rockers, to pay tribute to the legend behind one of the world’s greatest ever bands, AC/DC. Featuring a knock-out line-up, including past members of AC/DC and other Aussie rock icons, The Angels and Electric Mary, this band knows how to electrify a crowd with its explosive repertoire of AC/DC’s greatest hits. Ron has been performing professionally for 28 years as a singer/guitarist in many parts of Australia and all over the world. His act is the only one of its kind that is endorsed by Cat Stevens himself! Growing up in the '70s with influences such as Neil Diamond, Jimi Hendrix and John Lennon, it was natural attraction for Vincent when he first heard the voice of Cat Stevens. 'I have a strong emotional connection with the music. You can't just sing the song perfectly note for note, you gotta have that soul connection to get the mood across,' Ron said.
