Come and join us at the Flying Saucer Club on Mother’s Day for a 1920’s Afternoon Tea Dance Party & afternoon tea (follow the “read more” link to check out our Mother’s Day Menu below). The band will be playing from original vintage scores, with ad lib solo’s and Antique microphones and instruments enhancing the authentic sound and presentation. Featuring the fabulous vocal talents of Nichaud Fitzgibbon (as Mimi Maxwell and Dexter Danbe Montgomery Brown).
Peter Milley’s Cairo Club Orchestra has been entertaining Melbournians for thirty years. They have performed just about everywhere and have indulged in a bit of TV and Radio appearances as well as Festivals and Arts events, Jazz Clubs and are dedicated to bringing the best of 1920’s 30’s and 40’s hot dance music and radio/motion picture hits.
