One of Australia’s finest singer songwriters, Neil Murray will perform at the Flying Saucer Club, Elsternwick on Friday February 6th with a four piece band.
Neil Murray was a founding member of the Warumpi Band and has since become a respected singer songwriter of national significance. He has released a string of remarkable albums, is an APRA song of the year award recipient for penning the iconic “My Island Home” and is the writer of such classics as “BlackfellaWhitefella”, “Good Light in Broome”, “Native Born”, “Lights of Hay”,“Long Grass Band” and many others. Neil will showcase selections from his recent, acclaimed album “Bring Thunder and Rain” as well as favourites from his extensive back catalogue. With special guest: YIRRMAL
