PR!CK The Musical

Friday 05 April

It won’t hurt a bit, come and get your PRICK!

Presented as part of the 2013 Melbourne International Comedy Festival…

PR!CK is an impossible love story. A TV Celebrity is admitted to hospital with a broken penis and falls in love with a lowly receptionist.

Set in a busy public hospital, PR!CK races along with all the gusto of a Broadway musical – catchy tunes and exhilarating dance routines, interspersed with cracking jokes, and a beautiful romance (or two!).

Pr!ck has 20 original tunes written by Tracy Harvey who also plays the part of Nurse Manager Wendy Webster. Some great creatives have signed on for this special season of Pr!ck. Choreographer/Dancer Jessica Raffa, known for her brilliant work on Dancing with the Stars and Musical Director Sam See, an Australian Music legend. Pip Mushin is Directing. John Wood (Sergeant Tom Croydon of Blue Heelers fame) has also signed on. We are also delighted to announce that Jemma Rix has just agreed to take on the lead role of Connie Monaro. Jemma was the co-lead of Wicked.

PR!CK will have you reaching for your blood pressure pills in this heart stopping, vein clotting, rib cracking thriller of a show. So line up for your dose of fun, love and a little bit of badness in the musical that’s spreading faster than golden staph on a skin graft.

It won’t hurt a bit, come and get your PRICK!
