The Substitutes present ‘The Giants of British Rock Show’ No. 2

Melbourne’s ‘60s music specialists, The Substitutes, are proud to present ‘The Giants of ’60s British Rock Show #2’. The show features a dazzling array of period music from some of Britain’s most iconic bands: The Hollies, The Kinks, Small Faces & The Who. The Substitutes will be assisted by special guests STEVE LUCAS (X), GIL MATTHEWS (Billy Thorpe) and DAN ROBINSON (Wild Cherries) and together with present the pop harmonies of The Hollies, the quirky English rock of The Kinks, the ball tearing passion and soul of the Small Faces and finally, the explosive music of The Who. What more could you want?

Peter Summers has been driving The Substitutes to explore the areas of ’60s music that are often ignored and has specially curated the music to be presented in this show. Expect some surprises!
