The Flying Saucer Club welcomes back to its stage CANYON. With debut self titled album in hand you can expect signature four part harmonies, classic songs about deserts, forests, raging water, open highways and broken hearts. Cue Canyon for stunning acoustic-driven, silken harmony fuelled music!

Canyon sings some of the greatest songs ever written also performing originals inspired by the period by artists such as America, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, America, Linda Ronstadt, Doobie Brothers, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Joni Mitchell and more. Special guest Tim Wild (Taxi Ride) will be joining us for his first Canyon show, playing Guitar and Keyboards and vocals. Sat June 3 is shaping up to be huge and one definitely not to miss!

Canyon features the vocally formidable Peter Chapman and Louise Dempsey (yes, Paul’’s sister), with Josh Bennett playing lead guitar, Mandolin and Violin (The Bombay Royale, Mustard Courage) and Bruce Packard (Coolgrass, Concordia Mandolin Orchestra).
Canyon blends harmony with instruments including guitars, mandolin, violin, basses, keys, drum & percussion. Canyons audience is alive and in sync creating a potent mix combining elements, history and the weathering of musical storms!
