“Communication – The Marc Hunter Songbook” will debut at The Flying Saucer club with an all star line-up of acclaimed performers celebrating Marc Hunter’s music. This special event has been masterminded by Alex Formosa Baudo, a very close friend of Marc’s, who also organized the highly successful 2013 show to commemorate Marc’s 15th anniversary since his untimely passing. The theme of the show is centred around songs that Marc sang and wrote, interspersed with affectionately recounted stories, anecdotes and the legacy that this very much loved artist has left us, since passing away in 1998. The line-up will include; Joe Creighton, Mick Pealing, Michael Oliphant, Alex Formosa Baudo, Mike Doyle, Tracy Kingman and Cres Crisp. This special tribute to Marc Hunter is likely to sell out, so grab your tickets early folks!

Not only with his group “Dragon”, but in his own right as a solo artist, Marc Hunter enjoyed commercial acclaim with hit after hit.

In presenting Marc’s Songbook, the show will aim at gathering all sides of his incredibly multi-faceted career and to help us remember once again the great sense of communication and enthusiasm he was able to grace all of us with.
